Being a call handler at Vets Now will see you being the first responder to our clients, using your communication skills to understand the client’s emergency, showing empathy and understanding in stressful situations and offering guidance, information and support when our clients need it most. You will be based at our Dunfermline support office and be fully supported by our nursing experts and management team. The wider network of emergency clinics and specialty hospitals work in collaboration to ensure that we can offer the best emergency and critical care in the country.
